SEA offers a variety of free or low-cost activities to explore and better understand our island’s environment. Residents and visitors are welcome! SEA strives to provide knowledgeable guides for such activities as shore walks or hikes to better understand our native flora and fauna; visits to the endangered bird rehabilitation program; organic farm visits; star-gazing; and snorkeling trips, to name just a few. Experience your Marine Park on the Autumn Equinox! The Department of Planning and Natural Resources, St. Croix East End Marine Park (STXEEMP) invites the public to a tour led by an Interpretive Ranger. See and understand the geology and ecology of the south shore’s little-visited Robin Bay. Meet at 9 am at the Park’s headquarters at Estate Great Pond.
